Common questions
- What counts as a component?
- One row on the page. A check can feed several components, and a component can be fed by several checks — you are billed on rows, because that is what your readers see.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- The page goes read-only and keeps serving its history for 60 days. It never disappears mid-incident, and it never gets replaced by an upsell screen.
- Do you page me, or just show a page?
- We notify: email, webhook, Telegram, Slack. We are deliberately not an on-call rotation tool — send the webhook to whatever you already use for that.
